How do I get a quote?

When you’re ready to kick things off, head to our Contact Us page and fill out the form—it’s the first step to getting your personalized quote! Too excited? When do I receive a mock-up?
You’ll get a mock-up after we’ve had a chat and agreed on your budget and design inspiration. This way, we can create something amazing without breaking the bank! Just remember, mock-ups take a bit of time to craft, so this helps us speed things up during the booking process.
How do I place my order?
Once we’ve nailed down the design and pricing, it’s time to secure your date with a non-refundable retainer. The retainer is 50% of the total. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your event.
What payment methods are accepted?
We’re pleased to offer a variety of payment options for your convenience! You can pay using Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can to snag your spot on our calendar—it’s first-come, first-served! Especially for weekends, the sooner the better to ensure your event is paparazzi-worthy. Lock it in with a non-refundable retainer and let’s make magic happen!

To give our clients the freedom to stay within their budget, we offer our services a la carte!
- Delivery Only (Starting at $75): We deliver, you dazzle! Installation and breakdown are up to you.
- Delivery & Setup (Starting at $150): Perfect for events where we don’t need to come back and collect any reusable frames or rentals!
- Hassle Free (Starting at $200): Includes delivery, setup, and a hassle-free pickup of all the decor items we provided, making your event seamless and fun!
What if I want to keep my balloons?
The balloons are all yours to enjoy however you like! Keep them, sell them, donate them, or have a popping party—it’s up to you! Our balloons are super high quality, so they’ll last as long as you keep them away from sunlight and heat.
Can I pick up my balloons?
Absolutely! You can pick up your balloons, just make sure you’ve got enough space—think SUV with seats down for those garlands and towers!
Can you meet me at my venue?
You bet! We can meet up at your event space on select days for a small fee. We prefer to snap pics and discuss details via email—it keeps everything crystal clear and allows for quick responses any time of day.
How long will my balloons last?
When it comes to balloon durability, it’s all about the environment. Indoors with the AC, our air-filled designs can last for weeks—perfect for extended celebrations. Outdoors, factors like wind, humidity, and sunlight come into play. Our high-grade latex balloons are sturdy, but they may only last a day in South Florida’s heat. Once delivered, installed or picked up, they’re in your care—watch out for curious toddlers, sharp edges, and unexpected mishaps. If we accidentally pop your balloon, we’ve got your back with a replacement or a refund if needed.
What if some balloons pop?
No worries if a balloon decides to pop—it happens to the best of us! Once delivered, installed, or picked up, they’re in your care—watch out for curious toddlers, sharp edges, and unexpected mishaps. If we accidentally pop your balloon, rest assured we’ve got your back with extra balloons at no charge or a refund if needed. Give us a call if it’s a major “pop” emergency (though that’s a first!).
What is your cancellation policy?
Retainers to secure your event date are non-refundable, but we’re flexible! If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least a week before to avoid the $100 cancellation fee. You can move your event to another date within 365 days. However, if there’s no rescheduled date, unfortunately, the retainer won’t be refunded.
What kind of balloons do you use?
We’re all about balloons that shine and do good for the planet too! At POParazzi Parties, we use 100% biodegradable latex balloons and shiny mylar foil balloons. They’re top-notch, professional-grade quality, because your celebrations deserve nothing less than the best!
What are grab-n-go options?
Compact and portable, grab-n-go setups are quick, easy, and super affordable—no need for delivery, setup, or pickup! Just pick them up fully assembled and install them yourself.
If I have my own backdrop, can you still supply the balloons?
Yes, absolutely! We offer grab-n-go options that are perfect for smaller backdrops.
If I buy the balloons can you inflate them?
For the best POParazzi experience, we stick to inflating our own top-quality, professional-grade balloons. This ensures every celebration is picture-perfect and ready to shine.
Can I order the balloons deflated?
We’re all about ready-to-go celebrations, so we don’t offer deflated balloons.
Do you do balloon releases?
While we love a good POParazzi moment, we’re serious about keeping it safe and eco-friendly. Balloon releases? Not in our playbook. Even though our balloons are biodegradable, we believe in keeping our skies clear and wildlife safe. Let’s keep the celebration grounded with balloon weights and responsible disposal.
